These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any products purchased from our Company using this website. Please read the Terms and Conditions before continuing to use the website. If you do not agree with the Terms below, please do not continue to use this website. By continuing to use the website, you confirm that you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Ownership

The website Wildmeadowhoney.com and the trademark Wild Meadow Honey are owned by the Private Limited Company Apiproduktai registered in Lithuania. Company code: 223175740. Registered office address: Zietelos St. 4, Vilnius, LT–03160, Lithuania. The Company’s VAT payer code: LT231757416.
The Company’s activities and the website are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

Wild Meadow Honey and its logo are registered trademarks at the Intellectual Property Office of the United Kingdom.

Our Company is an eco-certified processor and trader. The LT-EKO–001 certificate of organic activity has been issued by the Public Institution Ekoagros. The supply chain of our organic products is subject to audits starting with the production stage through to retail to ensure the full authenticity of all our organic products. The full range of our organic products is sold and labelled as ‘Organic’ (‘ekologiški’) in accordance with the regulations for organic production in the Republic of Lithuania and the EU.

2. Product information


All of our products are certified for human consumption and are subject to rigorous inspections and a control system throughout the supply chain, including physical checks and documentation verifications.
We specialise in the trade of raw, unfiltered honey and honey products, including pollen, bee bread, propolis, royal jelly, and beeswax. It is perfectly normal for honey to contain beeswax, pollen, and propolis residues. None of the residues affect the quality of honey.
The product photos on our website accurately represent our products at the time the photos were taken. However, there may be circumstances where the colour and texture of our honey product will differ from the product photos. These characteristics may vary slightly across the product batches, depending on when, where and under what weather conditions the honey and its products were produced.

3. General provisions

3.1. Once the Buyer’s approval is obtained (i.e., once the Buyer reads the Terms and ticks the box next to the statement ‘I have read the Terms of wildmeadowhoney.com and agree with them), these Terms of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Terms’) shall constitute a binding legal document for the Parties that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for the goods, the procedure of product delivery and returns, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the sale and purchase of goods using the wildmeadowhoney.com online store.

3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Terms at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. Any registered Buyer will be notified of any such changes, amendments, or supplements at the time of logging into wildmeadowhoney.com and will be asked to re-confirm their consent to the changed Terms in order to continue shopping at the online store.

3.3. The online store wildmeadowhoney.com is trading in the European Union.

3.4. The following persons have the right to shop at this online shop:

3.4.1. any capable natural persons, i.e., any adults whose capacity is not limited by court order;

3.4.2. any minors in the age group of fourteen to eighteen with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they are the independent controllers of their income;

3.4.3. any legal entities;

3.4.4. any representatives of the above persons and/or entities.

3.5. By agreeing to the Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase goods at the wildmeadowhoney.com online store in accordance with the Terms.

4. Personal data protection

4.1. The Buyer can place orders for goods at the wildmeadowhoney.com online store in two ways:

4.1.1. By registering on this website with their username and password;

4.1.2. Without registering on this website.

4.2. When ordering the products, the Buyer must provide their personal details that are required for the proper fulfilment of the product orders in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller, including the Buyer’s full name, product delivery address, telephone number, and email.

4.3. By agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer consents to their personal data being processed at the online product and services store wildmeadowhoney.com for the Seller’s business analysis and direct marketing purposes.

4.4. By agreeing to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of purchasing goods and services at the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages necessary for the fulfilment of the order that will be sent to their email address and telephone number.

4.5. The Buyer who wishes not to have their email and telephone number processed for direct marketing purposes must inform the Seller by emailing the Seller at info@wildmeadowhoney.lt from the Buyer’s email address.

4.6. The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Buyer shall be processed at the online product and services store wildmeadowhoney.com for the Seller’s business analysis and direct marketing purposes only (except in cases where the Buyer has duly objected to their personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes). The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Seller’s partners providing product delivery and other services pertinent to the proper fulfilment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Republic of Lithuania only.

5. The moment of concluding the Sale and Purchase Contract

5.1. The Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered final from the moment that the Buyer clicks the link ‘Buy’ and receives a successful order confirmation after selecting the product(s), finalising their shopping cart, and selecting the delivery address and payment method.

5.2. Each Sale and Purchase Contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the database of the wildmeadowhoney.com online store.

6. Buyer’s rights

6.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase products at the wildmeadowhoney.com online store in accordance with these Terms and the procedure established in other information sections of the Seller’s online store.

6.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Contract concluded with the wildmeadowhoney.com online store by notifying the Seller in writing via email and indicating the product they intend to return and the order number.

6.3. The right of the Buyer to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Contract may be exercised in accordance with the Order No. 258 of 17 August 2001 on the Rules for the Sales and Services Distance Contracts (Daiktų pardavimo ir paslaugų teikimo, kai sutartys sudaromos naudojant ryšio priemones, taisyklės) approved by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.4. The Buyer may only exercise the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Contract if the purchased product has not been damaged or substantially changed in appearance, and if it has not been used.

7. Buyer’s obligations

7.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept the goods in accordance with these Terms.

7.2. The registered Buyer undertakes not to disclose their login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login details, they must immediately inform the Seller using the contact details specified in the section Contacts.

7.3. If the details provided in the registration form change, the registered Buyer must immediately update them.

7.4. When using the wildmeadowhoney.com online store, the Buyer undertakes to comply with these Terms and any other conditions made explicit at the online store, and not to violate any laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

8. Seller’s rights

8.1. If there is an attempt by the Buyer to compromise the stability and security of the online store or to default on their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend their access to the online store immediately and without prior notice or, in exceptional cases, close the Buyer’s account.

8.2. In critical circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.

8.3. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order without prior notice if the Buyer fails to pay for the order via the selected payment method.

9. Seller’s obligations

9.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the online store wildmeadowhoney.com in accordance with the conditions established by these Terms and elsewhere on the online store’s website.

9.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy with regards to their personal data, i.e., the Seller shall only process the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the procedure established in Chapter 4 of the Terms and the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer to the specified address in accordance with the terms established in Chapter 11 of the Terms.

9.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the product ordered by the Buyer due to critical circumstances, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous product or a product that is as similar as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or a similar product and they have paid for the order in advance, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer in the paid amount within 5 (five) business days.

9.5. Given the circumstances described in item 6.4 of the Terms with the Buyer exercising the right provided in item 6.2 of the Terms, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer in the paid amount within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

10. Product prices, payment procedure and terms

10.1. The prices of the products at the online store and in the finalised order are specified in euros.

10.2. The Buyer may use the following methods to pay for the products:
10.2.1. Payment via the banking system Paysera.

10.2.2. Payment via PayPal.

10.2.3. Payment using Visa, Mastercard, or Maestro bank card.

11. Product delivery

11.1. The Buyer can select the product delivery method when placing the order.

11.2. Product delivery to the Buyer:
11.2.1. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address if they have selected the product delivery service when placing the order.

11.3. The Seller shall deliver the products to the Buyer in accordance with the terms in the goods descriptions.
These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the required products are not in stock and the Buyer is advised of the out-of-stock products in their order. The Buyer also agrees that product delivery may be delayed in exceptional cases due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Seller. In such cases, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately and to agree on the product delivery terms.

11.4. In all cases, the Seller is not responsible for the breach of product delivery terms if the products are not delivered to the Buyer or their delivery is delayed due to the operational difficulties and loads of the company providing product delivery services.

12. Product quality guarantee and expiry dates

12.1. The properties of all products sold by wildmeadowhoney.com are generally indicated in the description accompanying each product.

12.2. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the products displayed at the online store may differ in their colour, shape, and other parameters from the size, shape and colour of the actual products due to the varying characteristics of the screen used by the Buyer.

13. Product returns and exchanges

13.1. The Rules on Product Returns and Exchanges approved by the Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 On the Approval of the Rules on Product Returns and Exchanges of the Minister of Economy govern the elimination of defects of sold products, the exchange of defective products, and product returns.

13.2. If the Buyer wishes to return the product(s) as described in item 13.1 of the Terms, they must email the Seller at info@apiproduktai.lt.

13.3. The Buyer may exercise the right provided in item 11.1 of the Terms within 14 calendar days from the date of the product delivery by advising the Seller as described in item 6.2 of the Terms.

13.4. When returning the products, the Buyer must comply with the following:

13.4.1. the returned product must be in immaculate packaging (this does not apply if the returned product is defective);

13.4.2. the product must not have been damaged by the Buyer;

13.4.3. the product must be unused and must retain its marketable appearance (undamaged labels, intact protective films, etc.); this does not apply if the returned product is defective;

13.4.4. the returned product must be in the same state as originally received by the Buyer;

13.4.5. when returning the product, it is necessary to present its proof of purchase.

13.5. The Seller has the right to refuse the returned products from the Buyer if the Buyer fails to comply with the procedure of product returns established in this section.

13.6. The Buyer shall post the returned goods to the address specified by the Seller. The Seller undertakes to accept the products and to refund the Buyer in the amount paid for the product(s). If the customer decides to return the product within 14 calendar days, the Buyer advises the Seller and posts the product(s) to the address specified by the Seller.

13.7. The Rules on Product Returns and Exchanges approved by the Order No. 217 of 29 June 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania and the Rules for the Sales and Services Distance Contracts approved by the order No. 258 of 17 August 2001 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania govern the returns and exchanges of products.

14. Liability

14.1. The Buyer is fully liable for the accuracy of the personal data they provide. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate personal data, the Seller is not liable for any related consequences and may claim compensation from the Buyer for any direct losses.

14.2. The Buyer is liable for their actions when using this online store.

14.3. The registered Buyer is liable for the consequences of disclosing their login details to third parties. If any third party is using the services provided by wildmeadowhoney.com by logging into the online store using the Buyer’s login details, the Seller shall consider this person the Buyer.

14.4. The Seller is not liable in cases where damages occur due to the Buyer not reading these Terms despite the Seller’s recommendations and the Buyer’s obligations, even though they have been given the opportunity to do so.

14.5. Where the Seller’s online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations, and persons, the Seller is not liable for any information or activities contained therein – they do not supervise, control or represent such companies and persons.

14.6. In the event of any damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for any direct damages.

15. Exchange of information

15.1. The Seller shall send all notices as described in item 2.2 of the Terms to the email address specified by the Buyer.

15.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and requests using the means of communication specified in the Contacts section of the Seller’s online store.

16. Final provisions

16.1. These Terms have been produced in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

16.2. The relationships arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

16.3. All disputes arising out of the performance of these Terms shall be resolved by negotiations. In case of failure to reach agreement, such disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
