Wildflowers Light Honey is mainly collected from the flowers blooming in wild forests and meadows, as well as Lithuanian garden fruit flowers. It is light yellow in colour and may be solid or slightly soft, containing small crystals. It has a mild aroma and a delicate flavour. It is usually harvested in spring, around April and May. It is also known as the spring flower honey.
